Alexander Peterson

Alexander Peterson is the Lead Analyst and Director of Operations at Nickerson & Associates, a Seattle-based economic consulting firm. Alexander specializes in data analysis for class action employment cases, regression analysis to evaluate disparate treatment, and macroeconomic forecasting.

In his role at Nickerson & Associates, Alexander has been engaged to quantify economic harm to plaintiffs and critique economic models in cases alongside the Washington State Attorney General's Office, the Canadian Department of Justice, local government entities, and private companies of all sizes.

Alexander served as a Yahel Social Change Fellow in Israel from 2021-2022 and a Global Humanitarian Aid Fellow in Dominica in 2019. He is also the former chair of the Washington State Legislative Youth Advisory Council, where he worked with legislators on issues ranging from youth homelessness to K-12 education. 

Alexander holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in Political Science from Tel Aviv University, and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Washington.
