- McCaela Daffern is an urban planner whose career has spanned the public, private, and nonprofit sectors with an ever-increasing focus on building thriving and equitable communities through partnership and collaboration. She currently works in regional housing planning and policy for King County’s Department of Community and Human Services. Prior to joining the County, she held positions with organizations that finance, build, or support affordable housing for over a decade and spent her early career working as a land use planner in the Puget Sound region. McCaela co-chairs the Seattle Planning Commission and the Seattle Central College Development Advisory Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Policy and Planning from Western Washington University and a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University.
- Jesse Warren is a program evaluator who has focused on using data in local government to improve program and policy decision-making and reduce inequities. He currently works in the King County Department of Community and Human Services' Performance Measurement and Evaluation unit, where he provides data analysis and evaluation support for the department's planning, housing policy, and capital programs work. Prior to working at King County, Jesse worked in the City of Seattle's Innovation and Performance team where he collaborated with City departments to develop performance measures and expand the use of rapid cycle evaluation. Jesse holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Washington Evans School.
